I’m a Land Specialist with deep knowledge of the southeast Iowa and Iowa City Corridor market. Since 2020, I’ve earned the Realtors Land Institute Apex Award each year as a top nationwide sales producer. I lead The Southeast Iowa Land Team™ with Hersh Smith and Rich Baugh in selling hunting properties, farmland, and country homes on large acreages. We offer renowned real estate listings and also a high-performing auction service. Together, we bring decades of experience helping buyers and sellers across Iowa, built on integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.

Before joining Whitetail Properties, I founded the custom land mapping company HUNTERRA—a custom farm mapping company—and also spent seven years supporting the war on terror. I own and manage several farms in southern Iowa, focusing on whitetail management, conservation, and farm income. I’m a proud husband to Kate, daddy to Jack, and I believe in starting every day strong.
